Subscription  (acquisition):

The minimum amount that can be underwritten is RON 20,000.
Subscriptions will be made in RON.

To subscribe follow the next steps:

1. Fill in and sign the documents below:

Articles of association – copy
Certifying note  issued by the Trade Register – original
Legal representative’s idendity card – copy
2. Transfer the amount into the following account:

3. Send the signed documents (and stamped, if applicable) and the copy of payment order to the asset management company:

As soon as the money has entered the fund’s account we will send to you the STK Europe Investor Certificate.

Redemption (sale)

To redeem the fund Units, please complete the following document:

The money will be transferred into your account within 15 working after submitting the request!
