• STK Emergent To Pay Dividends First Time Since Listing
  Romanian closed-end investment fund STK Emergent (STK.RO) will pay total dividends of 5.5 million lei (EUR1.2 million) of 2012’s net profit, for the first time since listing its shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2008. ( ZF English)
